MINDFULNESS BASED STRESS REDUCTION (MBSR)

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) # **

This course develops new ways to respond to life's challenges. Learn simple meditation techniques you can apply in daily life to assist with stress, anxiety, depression and health issues.

MBSR is a mind/body, integrative & preventative medicine program which has been researched for 25 years.
